Use this service to ask a question about your medication. For example, when to take it and what to do if you miss a dose or about possible side effects.
We are unable to accept repeat medication requests via the website or phone. You can order your repeat medication online using Patient Access or NHS account.
You can use this service if you:
- are registered at the surgery
This service is monitored during practice opening hours and should be used for routine (non-urgent) queries only. If your query is urgent, please call our team as soon as possible on 01635 248251. If your query is urgent and the practice is closed, please visit call 111. If you have a life-threatening emergency, please call 999 immediately.
Before you start
We’ll ask you for:
- your first and last name, date of birth, sex, postcode, email and phone number
- if applicable, the details of the person you are completing the form on behalf of
We aim to reply to queries within 5 working days. Please note that it may take longer than 5 working days to receive a reply if your query requires GP advice. You will be notified of a response via email. Please remember to check your email account’s spam/junk folder.
