Notification of Road Closure on Friday, 12 September 2025
We would like to inform you of an upcoming road closure that will directly impact our practice on Friday, 12 September 2025. The closure will be in effect from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. I understand that this may cause some inconvenience to both staff and patients, and I appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate through this one-time disruption. The mitigations we have put in place for operational delivery for patients are as follows: • We have contacted all patients by phone and text that have appointments on Friday and informed them that they must allow additional time to park up and arrive for their appointments. • Those patients with mobility issues & blue badge holders will be authorised to come through to the practice by the traffic control. • Blue Light Services will be permitted at any time should we require. • Pharmacy will remain open. • Practice Manager has contacted the Bloods & Samples services to inform them that they will need to park up and walk round to the surgery to collect. • We have updated this information on our website and social platforms. • There will be a period of 30mins where no one will be permitted to leave the carpark due to the actual entrance to the practice being resurfaced anytime from 12:30 – 2pm.
