Your query will be passed to the appropriate staff member or team. We aim to reply to queries within 5 working days. Please note that it may take longer than 5 working days to receive a reply if your query requires GP advice. You will be notified of a response via email. Please remember to check your email account’s spam/junk folder.

We are unable to accept repeat medication requests via the website or telephone. You can order your repeat medication online using Patient Access.
