If you have the NHS app or Patient Access, your vaccinations will appear under ‘immunisations’. This includes your flu and/or COVID vaccinations.
You may also see phrases you don’t recognise such as ‘Needs influenza vaccination’ or ‘Invitation for influenza vaccination sent’. These are clinical codes used by the practice and NHS England to record your eligibility for the vaccine and aspects of your vaccination care. The NHS app displays these under ‘immunisations’ as they are all part of your vaccination care.
If you see these phrases in your immunisation history alongside your vaccinations, you do not need to worry and you do not need to do anything.
