The Downland Practice have recently undertaken a patient relocation of registered GP. The reason for this is to balance out the number of patients that each GP has to look after. On average the GP’s at the Downland Practice have 1730 patients per full time GP. If we have a GP who has too many patients in relation to their work pattern, their work load will increase greatly, this is unfair for both the GP and availability for patient appointments. Patients who wish to change their GP should use the below link and then send the form in to the practice for consideration. Children are registered with the same GP as their parent/guardian.
