NHS App Update – Important Changes!

From 3 February 2025, to maintain high security standards, the NHS App no longer supports older operating systems. This means:

iPhone users with iOS 12 and Android users with Android 6 & 7 will no longer be able to use the app.

If you have iOS 13 or 14, you can update to iOS 15 to continue using the app.

You can still access your NHS services via the NHS website if your device is unsupported. https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/account/
