Despite the recent increase in public interest in how the menopause can impact on women’s lives, many of us don’t talk about it.
The very first Downlands menopause café is a safe space for all to talk about the menopause.
Come along, buy a cuppa and maybe a piece of cake and join us to talk about how the menopause can affect our health, mental well being, work, family and friends.
There is no agenda – just a time to talk and learn from each others experience.
