We have had a number of issues concerning recent requests for fit notes for some of our patients. The best and quickest way to access this service is to use the Sick / Fit Note | The Downland Practice service on the practice website. Patients who ring up requesting a fit note will be advised to use the website facility. The GP will deal with the request, if there is a concern from the GP then the GP will contact you direct by text message or a phone call.
