We are adjusting Dr Lewis GP list as she has to spend more time training up new GP’s. Some patients will be allocated to a new GP according to their geographical location. If you feel strongly about your change in GP please submit a change GP request form as at the below link. You will be allocated to a GP who has room on their GP list
