We have received two concerns this week about the telephone connection in the Downland Pharmacy. There has been a problem with patients waiting in the queue to speak to the staff. We have been in touch with our phone company to try and rectify this issue so that we can offer patients a better service. This issue has been complicated this week as we have had the Easter Break, this always brings in extra requests for medication. This issue has also been complicated by the Junior Doctors Strike this week as this has increased demand. Once we have resolved the telephone access issue for the Downland Pharmacy we will let you know. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause to our patients.
