This service is monitored during practice opening hours and should be used for routine (non-urgent) queries only. If your query is urgent, please call our team as soon as possible on call 111. If you have a life-threatening emergency, please call 999 immediately.

You can use this form to ask our reception team a question. We aim to reply to queries within 5 working days. Please note that it may take longer than 5 working days to receive a reply if your query requires GP advice. You will be notified of a response via email. Please remember to check your email account’s spam/junk folder.

We are unable to accept repeat medication requests via the website or telephone. You can order your repeat medication online using Patient Access.
