Please be advised we do not offer a full private travel service at The Downland Practice.

Prior to your holiday/travel, please call the Care Coordinators and ask for a Travel Vaccination Risk Assessment form. This needs to be completed at least 6 weeks before you travel. Once completed, the risk assessment will be reviewed by our Practice Nurses. We will then be in contact with what vaccinations you need to have.

For destination specific travel advice, please contact a private travel clinic. They will be able to advise you which vaccinations you are recommended for your travel plans.
