Medical Reception Team

Our skilled medical receptionists are trained to provide non-clinical information and signpost patients to the most appropriate clinician or service. In order for our team to be able to do this, please be prepared to give the receptionist an idea of the reason for your appointment. Medical receptionists follow a code of confidentiality and will only ask questions appropriate to patient care.

Dispensary / Pharmacy

Our dedicated dispensers and pharmacy counter assistants are trained to help patients with the dispensing of and queries regarding prescriptions and medication. Our pharmacy team can also help with minor ailments and advice on over the counter remedies.

Administration / Medical Secretary Team

Our hard-working administration team perform a range of administrative duties and can aid patients with queries regarding insurance documents, medical records access, referral queries, and patient registrations.
